Requests, applications or registrations do not create an automatic right to access, admission, participation or membership. Access may depend on confirmation, age verification, payment, dress code, house rules and individual approval.
UNVEILED X is based on trust, discretion and mutual respect. Private information about guests, members, applicants, hosts, performers, partners, staff or locations must not be disclosed without consent.
Photography, video, audio recording, screenshots, livestreaming and social media publication are prohibited in private or protected areas unless expressly approved in writing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under German law, in particular in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data, but fully secure transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
Paid offerings, event access, memberships, private formats, reservations or services may be subject to additional payment, cancellation, refund, house rule or event-specific terms.
Access to private areas and Circle formats is granted by personal invitation only. There is no entitlement to admission, access or renewed access.
Partners, hosts and locations are not publicly listed. They are named only where a specific format, performance or event explicitly requires and permits visibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected where applicable.
